Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers

Halton Fabrications Ltd design and manufacture pressure vessels and heat exchangers to PD5500, ASME VIII Div1 "U" stamp and other international codes using state of the art equipment, including:

• Semi automatic submerged arc column and boom.
• Semi automatic Tig and Mig machines for high integrity butt welding.
• Full CNC profiling facility with shape generation software on a bed size of 12mtrs x 3mtrs.
• Bending Rolls to 3mtr wide 4 roll initial pinch with a maximum thickness of 50mm.
• Materials of construction Carbon, Stainless and alloy steels.
• Established weld procedures covering all materials
